If you pick up an order or item that's damaged or incorrect, contact Support by tapping on the question mark in the upper right-hand corner.
We'll contact the customer to see how they want to proceed. Sometimes the customer will want to reorder their items, and sometimes they'll decide not to. If needed, please reorder the corrected items and pay with your Ayazona Card. Always remember to alert the customer of any changes or if you're running late—this will help maximize your earnings!
