If you have any issues with your Pickup order, please contact the merchant directly. Some examples include:
- Your order was missing an item, damaged or incorrect
- Your order was not prepared when you arrived
- The quality of your order was poor
- You were mischarged for your order
What do I do if I missed my order for pickup?
Any orders that have not been picked up at the merchant 10 minutes after the proposed pickup time are subject to be forfeited at the restaurant’s discretion.
If you are not able to pickup your order at the proposed pickup time, please contact the restaurant immediately with your Order Number to communicate any delays or changes.
If the restaurant has already begun preparing your items, the order cannot be canceled without incurring a cancelation charge and no refunds can be issued.
